Lorenzo Musetti faces Taylor Fritz in the Wimbledon quarterfinals on Wednesday. Here's how to watch the match.
The Wimbledon 2024 quarterfinals continue Wednesday when Lorenzo Musetti will face Taylor Fritz. Neither of these players has ever made it beyond the last eight in a Grand Slam with the 25th seed Musetti reaching the quarterfinals for the first time in his career. Fritz lost in the 2022 quarterfinals to Rafael Nadal, but the American is now the favorite this time around.
Fritz enters the quarterfinals after coming back from two sets down to defeat World No. 4 Alexander Zverev 4-6, 6-7, 6-4, 7-6, 6-3. Musetti secured a four-set win over Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard in the Round of 16 with a score of 4-6, 6-3, 6-3, 6-2. The winner of this quarterfinal will advance to the semifinals against either Alex de Minaur or seven-time Wimbledon champion Novak Djokovic.
