A source tells ET that reports about Noah's relationship with Dominic have been 'exaggerated.'
The Cyrus family drama continues.
Following recent reports that Noah Cyrus was romantically involved with actor Dominic Purcell before her mom, Tish, tied the knot with the Prison Break star in August 2023, a source tells ET that the reporting about Noah and Dominic has been "exaggerated," but adds that "Noah and Tish haven’t been close since Tish started dating Dominic."
"It's also been an adjustment for Noah in general for her parents to be divorced," the source continues. "Tish didn’t invite Noah to her wedding because she thought it would cause a scene and drama."
Rumors about mother-daughter drama circulated after Noah and brother Braison did not attend Tish and Dominic's wedding last summer. Instead, the brother-sister duo hung out together and went to Walmart, as evidenced by their Instagram Stories.
However, another source told ET at the time that there was "no family drama" surrounding Tish's wedding.
"They are all supportive of Tish, but they are all doing their own things both career-wise and travel-wise, and it just didn’t work out for Noah and Braison to attend Tish’s wedding," the source said.
Meanwhile, Miley Cyrus served as maid of honor on her mom's big day and has remained supportive of her relationship.
"Miley just wants her mom to be happy and isn’t trying to get too involved," ET's source added.

Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus were married for 28 years, during which time they split up and filed for divorce three times, reconciling repeatedly until Tish's final filing in April 2022. In the filing, it was noted that the two had not lived together since February 2020, and she cited irreconcilable differences as the grounds for their divorce.
Billy Ray also remarried last year, tying the knot with singer Firerose in October 2023.
