"Alias remains one of my favorite memories of all time," Vartan fondly recalled of being on the show, which starred Jennifer Garner. "When you work with people, especially people who are so incredible ... you really become a family."

Meanwhile, with the upcoming TV drama The Arrangement, Vartan explores the darker side of fame, something the actor says has fortuitously eluded him for the most part during his career.

"I'm not belittling myself but I've been very fortunate that I can still keep my anonymity," he explained. "I'm certainly not a star or a movie star, so I don't have to deal with that problem, but I know people who do."

"It's the price you pay for the money you make for all the fame," he continued. "Everyone has a different reason for doing this job."

The Arrangement premieres Sunday, March 5 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on E!
