Fall TV Preview: 'The X Factor'
Simon Cowell and Demi Lovato return this fall for a third season of Fox's The X Factor, and audiences will yet again see some new faces on the judges panel.
Kelly Rowland and Latin pop star Paulina Rubino are in to replace the departing L.A. Reid and Britney Spears.
Rowland, one-third of the multi-platinum pop trio Destiny's Child, spoke of the experience, which has already been rewarding.
"I cannot tell you how much talent America has. You just wonder where some people have been hiding."

Now a sophomore host, Give Your Heart A Break singer Demi Lovato mentioned that in her second season as a judge she did plan to make a few changes in philosophy.
"Last year, I was looking more at what was commercial and more marketable, and who has a good brand... who would be a pop star," adding that "this year I'm really just looking at talent. And I think that's what's going to take people as far as they can go."
