30 Rock star Katrina Bowden is officially off the market, ET has learned.

The actress revealed to us on the red carpet of the SAG Awards today that she got engaged to boyfriend Ben Jorgensen just last night.

Coincidentally, Bowden's TV character -- a vacuous assistant -- accepted a proposal from an unseen character named Ariss in the show's first season.

30 Rock has been nominated at the SAG Awards for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series.
