Jewel Gets 'Hands' On For Veterans Day

Extreme Makeover: Home Edition is set to give back even more than they normally do with a Veterans Day themed episode, titled Rise and Honor, airing tonight at 8 p.m. on ABC.

The outing serves as a telethon, raising money for the Fisher House Foundation, Hire Heroes USA, Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund, USO, Volunteers of America and Welcome Back Veterans.

These organizations are helping our veterans find jobs and housing. Stars like Whoopi Goldberg, Robin Williams and J.R. Martinez will participate during the broadcast and ask for your donations.

Jewel serves as Ty Pennington's co-host for the event, and also lends her considerable talents to the cause, performing her hit song, Hands. Check out a preview above and tune in tonight to see this amazing show!
