The Tear-Jerking 'Dancing with the Stars' Tributes
This week was an especially emotional edition of Dancing with the Stars as the dancers each paid tribute to the most memorable year in their lives.
Ricki Lake topped the scoreboard again with a 27 out of 30. The TV personality dedicated her rumba to the year 2010. Within those 12 months Ricki saw her home destroyed by fire but also met her fiance Christian Evans.
Rob Kardashian dedicated his foxtrot to his father, who passed away when Rob was only 15. The reality star even danced to one of his dad's favorite songs, Frank Sinatra's Fly Me to the Moon, garnering an impressive 24 from the judges.
Kristin Cavallari and pro partner Mark Ballas also scored a 24 when they samba'd to Beyonce's 2005 hit Crazy in Love, as did Hope Solo for her sexy cha-cha and David Arquette for his smooth rumba dedicated to his daughter Coco.
Chynna Phillips and J.R. Martinez tied, each receiving a 26 and the first pair of 9s for this season. Chynna danced to the first song she ever co-wrote, Hold On, which was penned when she was just a teenager. J.R. received an uproarious standing ovation from the audience after his heartfelt rumba to Tim McGraw's If You're Reading This.
A few dancers achieved their personal best scores of the season: Chaz Bono was awarded an 18 while Carson Kressley was given a 23.
Nancy Grace rumba'd to Moon River, a song that she traded wedding vows to, stealing a 21 from the judges.
