Jaime Pressly Gets Three-Year Probation for DUI
Former My Name is Earl actress Jaime Pressly might have to borrow a page out of the show's playbook and perform some good deeds of her own to win back California's good graces.
According to the Associated Press, Jaime pleaded no contest to a drunken driving charge incurred on January 5. Subsequently, she has been sentenced to three years of informal probation.
Santa Monica Deputy City Attorney, Melanie Skehar, reportedly told the news source that Jaime is also required to attend a six-month alcohol education class and have an ignition locking device installed on her car.
At the time of the offense, Jaime's blood alcohol level was allegedly over .20, more than twice the legal limit.
