Travis and Jason Kelce Hilariously Congratulate Taylor Swift on 'Reaching the Super Bowl in Her Rookie Year'

The NFL star siblings also addressed the Chiefs' AFC Championship win and post-game celebration.

It's Swiftie season -- and Travis Kelce knows it. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end jokingly thanked girlfriend Taylor Swift for "joining the team" this year as he prepares to compete in Super Bowl LVIII

"Shout out to the newest members of the Chiefs Kingdom," Travis' brother, Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, said on Wednesday's episode of their New Heights podcast. "Taylor Swift, who has officially reached the Super Bowl in her rookie year."

The joke drew a big laugh from Travis, who responded with "Shout out to Tay. Thanks for joining the team."

After winning the AFC Championship over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, Travis' Chiefs are headed to the Super Bowl for the fourth time in five years. The team previously won the Vince Lombardi trophy in 2020, 2023 and, before that, in 1970. This year, they'll face off against the San Francisco 49ers at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, in a rematch of their 2020 competition.

"We're gonna have our hands full, baby," Travis said of the upcoming game. "It's gonna be a hell of a f**king Super Bowl, I know that."

The 34-year-old athlete also reflected on sharing his post-game celebration with his family, girlfriend, and his team after the Chiefs brought home the Lamar Hunt Trophy during Sunday's game. Though it was an away game for the Missouri-based team, Travis said that "the only people that mattered" were right there with him.

"Friends, family and the people that came on the f**king flight with us. That's all I give a s**t about,"  he said. "All the extra is just for show, I guess. I only cared about seeing you guys and having fun with the guys we just won the game with."

Taylor was on hand for the occasion with his family members -- including brother Jason, sister-in-law Kylie Kelce, dad Ed Kelce, mom Donna Kelce -- along with her own pals, Cara Delevingne and Keleigh Teller

The 34-year-old pop star joined the Kelce family on the field after the game, even sharing a few celebratory kisses with Travis as the couple publicly exchanged "I love yous" in front of the cameras.

Travis didn't address the PDA on Wednesday's episode, but did gush over the significance of sharing the memorable moment with his team on the road.

"Typically after you win one at home, you just go straight from the field to your house or to wherever your family is off the field," he explained. "This one, we got to have an entire two-hour flight to ourselves where it was just us partying on the freaking plane back home, man, and it was electric."

He was sure to clarify that he didn't want to "rip anybody's heart out in KC," adding that "I cherish all the games I play in Arrowhead, every single one of them, baby."

source told ET on Monday, "Taylor and Travis are so excited that the Chiefs and Travis are heading to the Super Bowl. They’re very in love and Taylor is super proud of him. They’re both extremely dedicated and hardworking and understand each other. They are relishing in this moment."

Fans are hoping to see Taylor show her support at the upcoming Super Bowl on Feb. 11. It will be a tight, but possible turnaround for the star, as she wraps a four-night run of Eras Tour performances in Tokyo, Japan just one day earlier.
