The 'Vanderpump Rules' star tells Andy Cohen that he's 'hanging out' with someone.
Tom Schwartz plays coy when questioned about his current relationship status.
The 41-year-old Vanderpump Rules star was grilled during a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen regarding his love life.
When pressed by Cohen about his dating life, Schwartz cryptically replied, "You know, I would say I am not, not dating." This response sparked further interest from Cohen, who probed whether Schwartz was indeed seeing someone in particular.
"I'm hanging out," Schwartz vaguely answered, refusing to disclose any specifics. However, he did acknowledge that there might be someone special in his life, albeit in a non-committal manner.
"With anyone in particular?" Cohen asked.
"I think she would prefer that I didn't say, but I'm hanging out," Schwartz said.
"Well, then there is someone in particular," Cohen asked.
"Ish," Schwartz said.
"Okay. Ish. Okay, good," Cohen said.
The conversation veered towards Schwartz's friend and business partner, Tom Sandoval, who recently revealed his relationship status on the latest episode of Vanderpump Rules. Sandoval disclosed that he was "saving" himself for Rachel Leviss, who he had an affair with while he was still with his girlfriend, Ariana Madix.
Schwartz, in response to a viewer question, expressed his approval of Sandoval's new girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, describing her as "lovely," "devastatingly good-looking," and "super successful."
Schwartz also addressed questions about his past relationship with Jo Wenberg, clarifying that while they had a "whirlwind romance," it was perhaps not sustainable given his mental state at the time. He jokingly remarked, "I should have been committed."
On the topic of his ex-wife, Katie Maloney, and her business ventures with Madix, Schwartz expressed optimism about their sandwich shop, Something About Her, opening successfully. Despite their divorce being finalized in October 2022 after 12 years together, Schwartz and Maloney seem to maintain mutual respect and admiration for each other.
Their split, announced in March 2022, was characterized in a statement from Maloney expressing gratitude and acknowledging their continued friendship and support for each other's happiness.
Vanderpump Rules airs Tuesdays on Bravo.
