"The most beautiful love and my only sadness in dying is knowing that we didn't get to grow old together," she says through tears. "Everything else is totally bearable, because that is the only thing that really matters."

Kimberley signs off by thanking her followers one last time for being a part of her journey and encouraging them to donate to the Sarcoma Alliance.

"I just can't thank you all enough for being so supportive for your comments, for cheering me on, for helping us feel not alone in this process. This community has meant the absolute world to me and I can't thank you enough," she says. "I will miss you, TikTok. I love you all, thank you for this amazing, amazing opportunity. I am in happy tears because you have all made me find so much purpose in the end of my life and I can't thank you enough. Thank you from the bottom of my heart always."

Before ending the video, Kimberley gives one final look for the camera.

Kimberley was from Calgary, Alberta, and was 28 years old and in her final year of her internal medicine core residency when she got her diagnosis.

Kimberley is survived by her husband, Michael, her parents and pets.
