The 38-year-old actress and comedian doesn't need much to get ready for her hosting duties.
Tiffany Haddish is putting in the necessary work on her body ahead of the MTV Movie & TV Awards, and lucky for her, she doesn't need much.
In ET's exclusive new promo from the upcoming awards show, the 38-year-old actress and comedian is hitting the treadmill to prepare for her hosting duties -- for all of about two seconds.
"Hosting is hard work," she says, walking casually on the treadmill before realizing she hit her goal. "I burned two calories already! That's it for the week for me!"

Nominations for the MTV Movie & TV Awards were announced on May 3, with Black Panther leading the movie pool with seven nods and Stranger Things coming in big for TV with six.
Chris Pratt is also expected to make a splash at the show, as he's set to receive this year's Generation Award, which is given to a star who's made noteworthy contributions to film and TV. With roles in Parks and Recreation, Jurassic World, Guardians of the Galaxy and most recently, Avengers: Infinity War, the actor has definitely earned it.
Haddish told ET at a recent promo shoot for the event that fans can expect plenty of laughs during the show. "It's going to be super fun and I'm trying to represent everybody in the whole wide world," she said. "I'm just going to be myself and I mean, I got a lot of great jokes and a lot of good commercials."
"I feel very cute and sexy and vibrant and being the first woman to ever host the MTV Movie & TV Awards, it's a little bit of pressure," she added. "But it's going to be a lot of fun."
The MTV Movie & TV Awards airs Monday, June 18 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
