Team Legend's only finalist made her case for the season 24 trophy during Monday's finale!
Lila Forde lent her smokey vocals to an impressive finale performance!
The Voice's season 24 finale kicked on Monday, with each Top 5 finalist performing one up-tempo number and one ballad.
Lila is Team John Legend's only finalist this season and she showed off her chops with a sultry, soulful rendition of The Band's "The Weight."
"You have so much confidence but it's so easy for you," Gwen Stefani raved. "I'm rooting for you."
"You add so much individuality and authenticity to everything you do," her coach agreed. "You just look so comfortable, like you're in the space where you're supposed to be."
Later in the first night of the finale, Lila took the stage again to perform The Beatles' "Across the Universe" that transported her coach to another plane of praise.
"This was heavenly, it was cinematic, it was transcendent, it was beautiful, it was magical," John raved. "I'm so proud to be your coach."
And Niall Horan went even one step further, calling Lila one of his favorite vocalists in the world at the moment.
"The hardest thing in music to do is completely be yourself," he praised. "And all you do, constantly, in a competition full of acrobats, is just be yourself."
Lila has been a solid presence on Team Legend since the very beginning, earning a four-chair turn for her Blind Audition performance of Steve Winwood's "Can't Find My Way Home." Her retro-tinged tone also helped her win her Battle Round performance of "Killing Me Softly," and Niall admitted she's the singer he fears most in the lives.
The singer also channeled her inner singer-songwriter for her Knockout Win with James Taylor's "Fire and Rain," and for the Playoffs, John chose "Angel From Montgomery" by Bonnie Raitt and John Prine, which earned Lila her stop in the live shows.
"I chose Lila because she's been magical every single round," John praised during his final Playoff cuts. "[There's] no one else like her in the competition. She has such confidence and presence, and that's really rare. Lila's future is so bright on The Voice and beyond."
ET spoke with the coaches on the red carpet ahead of this season's first live show, and all of them marveled at the range of talent they've seen on the show this year.
"The talent this year has just been like, across the board -- all of our teams are pretty insane," Niall raved. "The voices that I have this year are just like, some of the best singers I've ever heard."
John agreed, saying, "The depth of the talent this season is better than I've ever seen it on this show since I've been here."
"This is my eighth season and I've never seen just this level of quality across the board," he continued. "I'm so impressed with our artists this year."
"I have some amazing singers, and I think it's just gonna come down to at this point people start to fall in love with not just the voice, but the person as well," Gwen shared. "It's ridiculous this season. I know we say that every season and it always feels like that, but this one has a particularly tall order."
"I really couldn't tell you [who might win]," Reba agreed.
The Voice's two-part season 24 finale airs Monday, Dec. 18 at 8 p.m. PT/ET and Tuesday, Dec. 19 at 9 p.m. PT/ET on NBC.
