The Good Fight season two trailer is here -- and it's a doozy!
In the second season, the world is going insane and the Chicago murder rate is on the rise. Amidst the insanity, Diane Lockhart (Christine Baranski), Lucca (Cush Jumbo), Maia (Rose Leslie) and the rest of the law firm find themselves under psychological assault when a client at another firm runs over his lawyer with a car for overcharging. After a copycat murder, the firm begins to look at its own clients suspiciously and has everyone -- and we mean everyone -- on edge.
Meanwhile, Diane battles with a new partner at the firm, Liz Reddick-Lawrence (Audra McDonald), Maia becomes tougher after her parents’ scandal puts her on trial and Lucca is brought back into Colin’s (Justin Bartha) orbit.
"I don't know what's going on in the world anymore. It's not just bad, it's insane," Diane snarls in the two-minute trailer, which sets up a whirlwind sophomore run for The Good Wife spinoff. It's clear from the footage that Diane is about to bring on a reckoning: "I say f**k it."
Guest stars Jane Lynch and Tim Matheson also appear briefly in the trailer, along with the return of former The Good Fight series regular Erica Tazel and some Good Wife favorites.
