Former Bachelorette star Desiree Hartsock, known for her role in season 9 of the popular reality TV show, took to Instagram on Saturday, May 4, to share exciting news with her followers. Hartsock, 37, announced that she is expecting her third child with husband Chris Siegfried.
In a heartwarming video posted on her Instagram account, Hartsock captioned, "Something’s brewing.. & it’s not my coffee. 🥰," as she showcased her baby bump. The couple revealed that their third child will arrive this November.
Hartsock and Siegfried, who are already parents to sons Asher, 7, and Zander, 5, have become a rare success story from Bachelor Nation. They first crossed paths in 2013 during Hartsock's stint on The Bachelorette. Despite initial bumps in the road, including Hartsock's emotional elimination from Sean Lowe’s season of The Bachelor, their love story unfolded on national television.
After contestant Brooks Forester voluntarily left the final three, Hartsock chose Siegfried as her winner during her own season of The Bachelorette, expressing her deep feelings for him during the final rose ceremony. Their journey culminated in Siegfried proposing to Hartsock during the August 2013 finale of the show.
The couple subsequently exchanged vows in January 2015 and recently celebrated their ninth wedding anniversary.
