The 27-year-old pop star released a second mysterious video via Instagram on Tuesday.
Stop teasing us, Taylor Swift!
After wiping all posts from her social media accounts last week, the 27-year-old pop star returned to Instagram and Twitter on Monday with a mysterious, glitchy video of what appears to be a snake. She released a similar video on Tuesday, causing fans to further speculate that she'll be releasing new music very soon.
The second video still appears to feature a snake, but some users are saying the unidentifiable, scaly creature looks more like a dragon or another type of reptile. Regardless, Swift is trying to send some type of message here.
If this means Swift is indeed releasing a new album, how soon will fans get to hear new music? A source close to the singer told Us Weekly that she's planning to drop the lead single off her sixth studio album on Friday.
"The song is poppy," the source told the outlet, adding that the accompanying music video will also be released later this week. "[Taylor's] been very secretive about it, but it's going to be a really good one."
The new album will mark Swift's first album in three years, her last being 1989.
