Taylor Swift's Era's Tour is keeping her from appearing at the 2024 Paris Olympics, but she found another way to support.
Taylor Swift may not be able to attend the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, but that doesn't mean she's not ready to support!
On Saturday, the GRAMMY-winning superstar appeared in a new promo video for Team USA that celebrates three of its greatest women athletes: Simone Biles, Sha'Carri Richardson and Katie Ledecky.
In the promo for Saturday night's NBC Primetime Olympic coverage, Swift speaks about the women while her song "Style" plays in the background.
"Never be afraid to show them who you are, especially when the whole world is watching," the 34-year-old singer begins in the voiceover. "Because there is no one way to be the best, no one way to inspire everyone else who will some day follow. You do what you love, love what you do. You believe in your style, whatever it is."
While Swift speaks, highlights of Biles, Richardson and Ledecky's biggest athletic accomplishments play. Swift ends the video by calling each athlete by name and honoring their greatness.
"Katie, Sha'Carri, and Simone. Three American stars, three different visions of greatness. Tonight in Paris," she says as the video ends.
As of Saturday night, each one of the women have brought home medals for Team USA. Richardson made her Paris debut and clenched the silver in the women's 100m race. Ledecky swam the 800m freestyle and became the second swimmer in history to win the gold medal in the same event for four straight Olympic games.
The medal marked Ledecky's ninth gold. In total, Ledecky has won two gold, one silver and one bronze during the games in Paris. Meanwhile, the Maryland native has 14 Olympic medals to her name.
For her part, Biles has made a triumphant and celebrated return to the Olympics after she had to withdraw in 2020 due to suffering the "twisties." The GOAT made history as the most decorated gymnast after bringing home three gold medals during her time in Paris. Her total medal count is 10. On Monday, Biles will compete for more hardware during the beam finals.
Biles is no stranger to support from Swift. Last month, Swift reacted to the athlete's floor routine that secured her a spot at the Paris games. The 27-year-old gymnast began her floor routine with a sample of the singer's hit "Ready For It."
Swift caught wind of the moment after it was shared on the official U.S. Olympics and Paralympics X (formally Twitter) account.
"Watched this so many times and still unready. She's ready for it tho👏👏👏🥇🇺🇸❤️," Swift replied to the video while on her Eras Tour run in Dublin.
Swift is currently on her Eras Tour, and over the weekend, she performed back-to-back shows at PGE Narodowy in Warsaw, Poland.
