Accepting Her Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2010 SAG Awards

The Screen Actors Guild couldn't have chosen a more deserving recipient of their lifetime achievement award, and White showed why she's been so beloved for so long with a moving speech. "Seventy-one years ago when I sang on an experiment thing and it was called television, who would have dreamed it would culminate in an evening like this," White said after accepting her award. "It would never even have occurred to me to imagine this. This is the highest point of my entire professional life."
When She Teamed Up With Lucille Ball for 'Password Plus'
The two titans of comedy took turns riffing and cracking up the live audience during this epic game show taping in 1981.
'The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson'

White was a favorite of Carson's during the '70s and '80s as they teamed up for several sketches, including a popular bit in which they played middle-aged Tarzan and Jane.

White's performance as Rose Nylund brought her a third Emmy in 1986. One of her countless memorable moments on the program came when Rose stole back a teddy bear that she lost to a little girl.

Before her sweet Golden Girls character, White won two Emmys playing a mean girl on The Mary Tyler Moore Show. Fictional TV host, Sue Ann Nivens, was the queen of shade, dissing her rivals with a smile.
Her Reunion With Ed Asner on 'Hot in Cleveland'
Three decades after sharing the screen on The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Asner and White teamed up once more on White's hit TV Land show.
When She Did a Spit Take on 'Late Show With David Letterman'

During a 2009 interview with Letterman, White claimed that vodka was one of her favorite hobbies, but later it appeared the glass of straight Grey Goose might have been too much for her. After taking a swig, she sprayed a mouthful of the liquor out on the stage.
Her 93rd Birthday Flash Mob
During Hot in Cleveland's run, White was greeted every day by her assistant in a hula. So in honor of her birthday in 2015, White was greeted not just by her assistant in a hula, but an entire hula flash mob, including her co-stars on set!
When She Spoke Out for Cecil the Lion

As one of the most famous animal activists in the world, White had plenty to say about the killing of Zimbabwe's Cecil the Lion. "[It shows] no appreciation of what it represents, what we're losing and how many species won't be here anymore," she told ET in 2015.
