The 81-year-old comedian was sentenced to three to 10 years in state prison on Sept. 25, 2018, after being found guilty in April of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman. A Montgomery County spokesperson told ET that Cosby would be transported to the State Correctional Institution at Phoenix by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.

The 48-year-old Wedding Crashers star was arrested at a DUI checkpoint in Manhattan Beach, California, in the early hours of June 10.  "Vincent Vaughn entered the DUI checkpoint and was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence," said Manhattan Beach PD in a press release. "Vaughn was released after being issued a citation to appear in court."

 

The 56-year-old actress was arrested on one count of felony domestic violence and three counts of misdemeanor battery on a police officer. According to authorities, Locklear was arrested after a domestic violence call was reported at a residence. Police alleged Locklear became combative during the arrest and battered three deputies. A spokesperson for the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department told ET that the police investigated the initial report of disturbance and found that the actress allegedly "battered a boyfriend at the residence" prior to the officers' arrival. The spokesperson added that Locklear "had claimed that she was injured prior to our arrival, although we did not see any evidence of it. Out of an abundance for caution, she was transported to a local hospital where she was evaluated prior to being booked into jail. She posted $20,000 bail and was released."

The Happy Gilmore actor was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on DUI charges on Oct. 28. Public Information Officer Cindy Bachman of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department tells ET that the 62-year-old character actor was booked at the Big Bear Jail at 11:40 p.m., on charges of driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with over 0.8 blood alcohol content. The actor -- best known for his roles in Thelma & Louise, the NBC series Harry's Law and, most recently, as the owner of the Dallas Cowboys on HBO's Ballers -- allegedly veered off the highway and crashed into a gas meter, TMZ reports.

The former Buffy the Vampire Slayer star was taken into custody in Palm Springs, California, on Oct. 11, as the result of an alleged domestic dispute between the actor and an unnamed woman, who is believed to be his girlfriend. The 46-year-old actor -- who has had numerous run-ins with the law in the past, including four arrests in 2015 -- was arrested on charges of domestic violence and violating a protective order. Brendon was released from custody on Oct. 12 on a $50,000 bail bond, according to booking records. He is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 28.

The "Fools Gold" singer was arrested in Habersham County, Georgia on charges of DUI refusal, possession of marijuana less than one ounce, and possession of drug related objects. His girlfriend, Madison Parker, was in the car with him and also arrested on charges of obstruction of law enforcement officers, possession of marijuana less than once ounce, and possession of drug related objects. Shortly after posting bail, Carter lashed out at his brother Nick's concerned tweets.

Golfer Tiger Woods was arrested early in the morning on Memorial Day, ET can confirm. CBS affiliate WPEC reports that an officer pulled him over around 3 a.m. on Military Trail in Jupiter, Fla.



Woods was taken to the Palm Beach County Jail and booked at 7 a.m., according to court documents obtained by ET. He was released without bond just before 11 a.m.

Shailene Woodley was arrested for criminal trespassing after protesting the construction of an oil pipeline that is to run through North and South Dakota, the Morton County Sheriff's Office confirmed to ET.




According to police, Woodley was arrested around 12:05 p.m. on Oct. 10, along with 27 other people. "The charges she has are both Class D misdemeanors for criminal trespass and engaging in a riot," sheriff officials told ET of the actress' arrest. Woodley was released the following day.

The 68-year-old NFL Hall of Famer smirks in a new mugshot taken by the Nevada Department of Corrections. In 2008, Simpson was found guilty of criminal conspiracy, kidnapping, assault, robbery and using a deadly weapon. The conviction stemmed from a 2007 incident in which Simpson said he was trying to reclaim items he believed were stolen from him. Simpson is eligible for parole in 2017.

The retired United States soccer champ was arrested on charges of DUII in Portland, Oregon. The Multnomah County Sheriff's Office confirmed to ET that Wambach was charged with a misdemeanor DUII and released a few hours later on her own recognizance.




Wambach was pulled over by Portland Police just after 11 p.m. after an officer saw drive through a red light. She then failed a field sobriety test and was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants (DUII) -- Alcohol.

Blac Chyna was arrested in Austin, Texas, on Jan. 29, 2016 for public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance, more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams.

The 27-year-old model, whose real name is Angela Renée White, was heading to London, but was arrested onboard a plane at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport during her layover after a call came in for "an intoxicated individual on a plane causing a disturbance," law enforcement confirmed to ET.

Bill Cosby appeared in court on Dec. 30 in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, where he was formally arraigned on one charge of aggravated indecent assault. Cosby's passport was turned over and his bail was set at $1 million. He posted $100,000 (10 percent of the bail, as required) and was released.




This is the first criminal charge against Cosby, after more than 50 women have accused him of drugging and/or sexually assaulting them. He has denied all wrongdoing.

Shia LaBeouf was arrested in Austin, Texas on Oct. 9, 2015 for public intoxication.



The Man Down star was on 6th Street outside of a bar when he was taken into custody without force by police after a call came in at 7:33 p.m. CT, the Austin P.D. confirmed to ET. 


LaBeouf was booked at the Travis County Central Booking Facility.

The 44-year-old actor, who played Xander on the popular show from 1997 to 2003, was arrested on Wednesday in Saratoga Springs, New York. He was charged with felony 3rd degree robbery, criminal mischief and obstruction of breathing.



According to the Saratoga Springs Police, Brendon was involved in a domestic dispute in a hotel room on South Broadway. The hotel staff called the police and reported a domestic disturbance in one of their hotel rooms.


When police arrived at the scene, Brendon was gone, but they found a 33-year-old female victim. A source tells ET that the woman was his alleged girlfriend.


Police interviewed the woman in the room and put out a description to other officers in the area to find Brendon. A few minutes later, he was picked up a couple of blocks away from the hotel while walking down the street.


He was reportedly released from jail Thursday morning after posting a $20,000 bail bond.

Former Miss Nevada Katherine Nicole Rees, 30, was arrested on Wednesday in Las Vegas, Nevada, and has been charged with possession and sale of meth, according to information released by Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.



According to court documents, Rees allegedly sold meth in September 2014 and was allegedly later found with over 5.3 grams at a later, unspecified date. Rees has not yet entered a plea in relation to these charges.



This is the latest in a string of misfortune for Rees, who was crowned Miss Nevada USA and was set to compete in the 2007 Miss USA pageant but was stripped of the title when allegedly lewd photos of the beauty queen, taken at a Florida nightclub, surfaced in December 2006.



In 2008, she was charged with resisting arresting, and in 2012 she plead guilty to a misdemeanor drug charge and was sentenced to undergo a drug counseling program.

The Oscar-nominated actor was arrested for aggravated DWI in the parking lot of La Choza restaurant in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

According to Lt. Andrea Dobyns of the Santa Fe Police Department, who spoke with E!, a security guard at the restaurant called the police after observing the actor trying to drive away with his emergency brake on, and believed he was intoxicated.


When questioned by police, the 70-something actor said he had two tequila drinks, and reportedly refused to take a breathalyzer test, which automatically bumps the charges up to "aggravated" DWI in New Mexico. He then reportedly failed a field sobriety test.


Shepard was previously arrested on suspicion of drunk driving in 2009.

Flavor Flav was arrested after police in Las Vegas pulled the Public Enemy rapper over for speeding, and allegedly found the star in possession of marijuana and an open container of alcohol, according to The Associated Press.




The 56-year-old performer, whose legal name is William Jonathan Drayton Jr., was pulled over for driving 73 mph in a 45 mph zone, was also reportedly driving on a suspended license and vehicle registration. He was arrested on six charges, and has since posted bail.

The 47-year-old former rapper, whose real name is Robert VanWinkle, was arrested and charged with burglary and grand theft on Feb. 18, 2015, for allegedly stealing numerous items such as bicycles, a pool heater, a couch and a mattress from a foreclosed home.



According to the Lantana Police Department, he was renovating a house in Palm Beach County and saw a foreclosed home across the street. Police say he then entered the foreclosed home and took the items. After police issued a search warrant and discovered some of the missing items, he was taken into custody and charged.



VanWinkle voluntarily met with detectives to give a sworn statement, and police said he was very cooperative.

Former Buffy the Vampire Slayer actor Nicholas Brendon was arrested in Boise, Idaho on Oct. 17, 2014.



According to a police statement, officers were called at 9:30 p.m. for a disturbance in the hotel lobby involving Brendon and hotel staff. They found that he showed "signs of intoxication and repeatedly refused officers commands to stay seated."



Officers booked him into the Ada County Jail, and he was bonded out. Brendon was charged with two misdemeanor counts: malicious injury to property and resisting or obstructing officers.

This mugshot of Chris Brown leaked via local TV station WUSA9 in Washington DC, ahead of his misdemeanor assault trial. The photos are believed to have been taken last October when the R&B singer was arrested along with his bodyguard after being accused of assaulting a man outside of a Washington DC hotel.

Former Saturday Night Live star Chris Kattan was arrested on February 10, 2014 in Encino Calif. on suspicion of driving under the influence. According to the California Highway Patrol report, Kattan, 43, crashed his car into a Department of Transportation truck on the 101 Freeway that was parked on the shoulder for maintenance work at around 2 a.m. A woman also apparently called 911 to report that his Mercedes was "weaving all over the roadway at slow speeds."

In one of the first big celebrity arrests of the year, Justin Bieber was taken into custody in Miami Beach, Fla. at 4:11 a.m. on Jan. 23, 2014 after allegedly drag racing a Lamborghini. Bieber would be charged with a DUI, having an invalid Georgia driver's license and resisting arrest without violence charge, according to Miami Beach Police Department Chief Ray Martinez. Dina Lohan was arrested for drunk driving in her hometown of Long Island, NY. She was pulled over just before midnight on September 12, 2013 for allegedly driving 77 mph in a 55 mph zone. According to reports, her blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit of .08, and she was taken to a nearby police station and booked. Lohan was later released to a third party.

Has Teen Mom 2's Jenelle Evans learned her lesson after getting locked up again?! The MTV star's mugshot from the Brunswick County District Court shows her smiling from ear-to-ear. According to Evans' attorney, Dustin R. T. Sullivan, the young mom is back in jail after pleading guilty to drug paraphernalia. "All other charges were dismissed. She was given 18 months unsupervised probation," her lawyer explained (via E! News). "However, the judge drug tested her and she tested positive for marijuana. The judge gave her 48 hours in jail for testing positive. The test was done today in court. She will be released Wednesday at 9:30 a.m."
