When internet rumors circled about plastic surgery, Jenni told InTouch Weekly: "People are saying I got cheek implants, my chin shaved down and a nose job. If I got work done, I would be open to talking about it. I didn't."
Jenni says that diet, exercise and weight loss have helped her drop some baby fat she was apparently carrying earlier on in the series' run.
"I don't want to lose any more weight. I just want to keep toning and eating healthy," she said. "I'll probably get Botox by the time I'm 30, and have my breast implants redone in a few years after I've had kids."
