Scarlett Johansson had a run-in with paparazzi on Monday after her appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department tells ET that the 34-year-old actress went to a police station due to paparazzi intensely following her.
“Last night, Scarlett Johansson was at Jimmy Kimmel. At some point in time, the paparazzi overpowered her security and for her security reasons and for her security team, they were taken to the Hollywood police station," the spokesperson says. "At that point, she was later able to leave the station. There was no crime report taken. She was just a little spooked."
Johansson was at Jimmy Kimmel Live to promote Avengers: Endgame, alongside the star-studded cast. She also participated in a hilarious pretaped segment alongside Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Jeremy Renner, Chris Evans and Don Cheadle, in which they read aloud a more kid-friendly version of Avengers: Infinity War.
The actress was photographed before her late night appearance and she appeared to be in good spirits, waving to fans in a sparkly silver-and-black mini dress.
ET recently spoke to the Avengers: Endgame cast to talk about their feverishly anticipated movie -- out April 26 -- when they dished about an "inappropriate" text chain between the "O.G. six" Avengers including Johansson, Evans, Hemsworth, Ruffalo, Renner and Robert Downey Jr.
"I actually have to take myself off of it time and again," Johansson said.
Evans then joked, "Poor Scarlett, a lot of eye rolls out of Scarlett."
