The 'Twilight' star and Suki Waterhouse welcomed their first child together sometime in March.
Robert Pattinson had that new dad glow during his first event since news broke that he welcomed his first child with Suki Waterhouse!
On Tuesday, the 37-year-old actor attended CinemaCon in Las Vegas, Nevada, in support of his upcoming film, Mickey 17. Pattinson hit the carpet -- sans Waterhouse -- in a relaxed jacket and pants combo and was all smiles as he posed with the film's director, Bong Joon-ho. Having some fun, the duo playfully hit a number of poses while interacting with photographers.
Inside the event, Pattison took the stage to premiere the first trailer for the film, which will be released on Jan. 31, 2025. Mickey 17, is based on the novel, Mickey 7, by Edward Ashton. In the film, Pattinson's character is dispatched to an icy planet to stop his substitute clone from supplanting him, an expendable robot.
Joon-Ho told the crowd that Pattinson was the right man for the role because he had a "crazy look in his eyes."
According to The Hollywood Reporter Pattinson said at the event that the script was "one of the funniest, bizarre sci-fi scripts I’ve ever read in my life."
Pattinson's appearance comes two days after Waterhouse took to Instagram to give an update on her postpartum journey. On Monday, the Daisy Jones & The Six star shared a series of mirror selfies while talking about being a new mom and the changes to her body.
"The fourth trimester has been… humbling," the 32-year-old model-actress shared. "The postpartum period has been filled with exhilarating joy, so much laughter, tears, soo many hormones! I’m proud of everything my body has achieved and proud of the kindness and grace I’ve given myself during this recovery period. 💕 ootd: @fridamom pants!"
Waterhouse and Pattinson welcomed their first child in March, according to the Daily Mail. And last week, Waterhouse confirmed the birth of her baby, and shared the first image of the little one with the world.
"Welcome to the world angel ❤️," she wrote next to a picture of her holding her child close to her chest as she looks at the camera. Waterhouse did not share any further details -- including the baby's name, sex or date of birth.
