The Riverdale stars are taking a break from their relationship, E! News reported on Wednesday. According to the outlet, the two have already been separated for a few months.
ET has reached out to 25-year-old Mendes and 28-year-old Melton's reps for comment.
The attractive pair made their relationship Instagram official last October with a sweet PDA pic. On Aug. 23, they celebrated their 1-year anniversary.
"365 days," Mendes wrote on Instagram alongside a picture of them kissing. "I love you."
Meanwhile, Melton shared his own pic of the two snuggling on a boat, writing, "I love you."
The anniversary posts were the last times they shared social media posts about one another. ET last spoke with the two in May at The Sun Is Also a Star premiere, where Mendes talked about Melton previously adorably revealing to ET that he occasionally writes her love letters.
"He does! He's a hopeless romantic for sure!" Mendes said.
