Vicki Gunvalson will soon be walking down the aisle!
The Real Housewives of Orange Country star is engaged to her longtime love, Steve Lodge. The happy couple shared the exciting news on their Instagrams on Friday, posting a photo of the two of them and a look at Gunvalson's gorgeous engagement ring.
"I said 'YES.' ♥️? #engaged #happy #mylove," the bride-to-be wrote alongside the announcement.
A source tells ET that Lodge popped the question privately at his and Gunvalson's home inside Coto de Caza. He had been planning it for a while and got all six kids' (his four, Gunvalson's two) blessing before proposing with a stunning 5.5-carat sparkler.
"Needless to say, she is over the moon," ET's source says.
The pair has been together for nearly three years. This will be Gunvalson's third marriage. She was previously married to Michael J Wolfsmith from 1982 to 1991 and Donn Gunvalson from 1994 to 2014.
Last year, Gunvalson told ET that she was ready to take the next step with her then-boyfriend Lodge.
"I don't want to be 60 and 70 years old and dating a boyfriend," she explained. "I'm 56 now, he'll be 60. I want to show our children -- we've got six kids between the two of us, and six grandchildren -- that marriage is important."
"I'm a marriage girl, I've been married my whole life," the Bravo star continued. "So, to be at this awkward stage, at 56 years old, and not being married, it's not comfortable for me. But it's something we don't want to rush and, you know, we just want to take it at our time, so -- it's nice, 'cause we talk about it. It's not me pressuring him or him pressuring me. It's going to be a joint decision and stay tuned. It's gonna be one hell of a fun ride."
