The reality star is currently enjoying some family time in Aspen.
Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky are the latest celebrities to have their home burglarized.
A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department tells ET that on Thursday around 11 a.m. PT, officers took a burglary report at the block of 1700 Rancho Street in Encino, California. No further details were available and no arrests have been made.
While the LAPD would not confirm it was the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star's home, TMZ reports that the couple's home was broken into on Wednesday night, with over $1 million in jewelry stolen.
Richards and Umansky are currently vacationing in Aspen, Colorado, and were not at the home when the incident occurred. According to TMZ, the security system was not on when the thieves entered, yet a closet sensor inside the home was triggered by the burglar or burglars. The break-in was later discovered by the housekeeper.
Earlier this month, ET sat down with Richards and talked about her move to Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley and how she fell in love with her new home.
“I was renovating my house, because I couldn't find a house that I fell in love with,” Richards told ET. “And I saw this house -- it was actually one of my husband's listings -- and I said to him, ‘I want to go look at this house to look at their floors,’ 'cause I was redoing my floors at the time and he said, 'Oh, I'll go with you.’”
“We went into this house and I went, 'Oh my gosh,'” she continued. “I was completely blown away, because it's not like anything you would see in Los Angeles, normally. I just fell in love, and my husband did, too.”
