The groom-to-be at the May 19th royal wedding to Meghan Markle was William's best man in his marriage to Kate Middleton.
It's official: Prince William will be Prince Harry's best man at the royal wedding.
And the older brother can't wait, he let a group of reporters know on Friday with a devilish smile.
"It feels great. Thrilled and delighted obviously," Prince William told reporters on Thursday, according to a video posted by The BBC. "Look, revenge is sweet... revenge is sweet. I'll be looking forward to it."
Prince William is set to marry Meghan Markle on May 19 at St. George's Chapel in Windsor, England in what is destined to be a momentous worldwide event. Prince William has joked for weeks that he's been waiting to find out whether he'd be asked to be best man in the royal wedding.
"It could be a sensitive subject," he joked in January.
Not to be outdone, Prince Harry had his own zinger on Thursday when asked how he requested his older brother's services as best man.
"I got down on one knee," he deadpanned.
Then, the truth: "He's known for months."
The pair demurred when asked on Thursday about the name of Prince William's newborn baby boy with Kate Middleton, but the cat was out of the bag on Friday when it was announced that they've named him Louis Arthur Charles, or, officially, His Royal Highness Prince Louis of Cambridge. Little Prince Louis is their third child together.
