On her podcast, pregnant Lala Kent opened up about how she suddenly 'went numb' and 'could not breathe' during a house party.

Lala Kent is opening up about a "really terrifying" incident during her second pregnancy.

The Vanderpump Rules star, 33, recalled a health scare on an episode of her podcast, Give Them Lala, last week in which she suddenly "went numb" and "could not breathe" at a recent party held at her house.

"I walked this little kid up the stairs to show him the playroom and all of a sudden my arms and legs went numb, and I could not breathe," she explained. "And [it] took everything in me to not pass out and just make it to my bed."

An emotional Kent continued, "And I was trying to yell for my mom, but again, I was really struggling, and I was very, very concerned."

Kent announced in March that she was expecting her second child, after previously revealing she was undergoing IUI treatments to conceive. "I'm expanding my pod," Kent captioned a black-and-white photo showing her burgeoning baby bump. Also beaming in the photo was her now 3-year-old daughter, Ocean, whom she shares with ex Randall Emmett. When Kent experienced her sudden health problem, she immediately thought of her second little girl on the way.

After Kent repositioned herself "in a different way," she said "all of a sudden I could breathe."

Meanwhile, the reality TV star's mom was eventually able to get her obstetrician on the phone.

"[My obstetrician] asked me, 'Is [the] baby moving?' She was definitely active," Kent explained. "I said [to the doctor], 'She hasn't stopped moving. And he was like, 'Oh, OK, I'm less concerned now … she could be positioned weird.'"

Kent's doctor then advised her to "start staying off" her "feet" and to not "overdo it during the day," which the expectant mom agreed she could be doing better with.

Since the "really terrifying" experience, Kent said she has been doing "OK" but still felt winded doing some physical activities like walking from her car to a building or "walking up stairs."

She added of the incident, "I felt this overwhelming amount of guilt because I've been complaining a lot about my [body] aching and just wanting it to be done."

Kent, who celebrated with a baby shower two weeks ago, has gushed to ET how excited she is about welcoming another daughter into her family.

"A little girl! I'm so excited!" Kent told ET in April. "Apparently, before we found out, my brother pulled my mom aside and said, 'Mom, you cannot tell Lauren, but if it's another girl. I don't think I can do it. I'm losing my mind.' So of course my mom tells me this, we cut this cake, it's pink. I felt so terrible."

Even so, Kent said she was "relieved" by the news, explaining, "I know what to do with a girl. I'm a girls' girl."

"I think we're all very excited now," she said of herself and her family. "I think we were thinking about a boy and it was like, we would have been happy had it been a little guy, but I feel like just girls are fitting in the family a little bit better these days."

As for how Ocean feels about becoming a big sister, Kent said, "She's going to just thrive."

"That's going to be her element," she said. "She's very into all things babies. She takes her baby everywhere. She's talking about this baby. How she's gonna feed it, change its diapers, teach it how to sleep in its own bed."

"She's spicy but she's magical and I just think she takes life for what it is," Kent told ET of her daughter. "... She's just happy to be here and going to be happy to have a sister and she's not going to care how it happened."
