Pregnant Gypsy Rose Blanchard Shows Off Large Back Tattoo

Gypsy Rose Blanchard showed off three new tattoos, which she got before learning she was expecting her first baby with Ken Urker.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard is showing off some new ink.

The formerly incarcerated mom-to-be, who turns 33 on Saturday, revealed her recent tattoos on Thursday. Gypsy took to TikTok and Instagram to share a clip featuring her latest ink, which she got done earlier this year, before learning she was expecting her first baby with boyfriend Ken Urker, 31.

Gypsy first showcased her massive black back tattoo, seemingly inspired by a phoenix rising from the ashes. She set the video to Jordin Sparks' "Tattoo."

She then showed her 10 million TikTok followers and nearly half a million Instagram followers a tattoo she'd had inked on her forearm inspired by the Buddhist and Hindu symbol Unalome, which represents a path to freedom, as suggested in a diagram shared by Gypsy.

The famed victim of Munchausen by proxy also gave fans a glimpse of her and Ken's matching husky dog tattoos on their forearms.

"Tattoo meanings," the Gypsy Rose: Life After Lockup star captioned the video, adding, "⚠️DISCLOSURE All tattoos were done BEFORE pregnancy."

Gypsy tagged her cousin, Bobby Pitre, and his Louisiana store, Sailor Bob's Tattoo Parlor, where the pair got the tattoos done. She also tagged tattoo apprentice Nadiya Vizier.

Last month, Gypsy's estranged husband, Ryan Anderson, sat down with ET and opened up about how hurt he felt after seeing the matching tattoos, which Gypsy and Ken first showed off in a TikTok Live in April.

"So much damage has been done, you know?" Ryan told ET. "The matching tattoos broke my heart -- that killed me, and that's one of those things that was very permanent. It's one of those things you can't take back."

He added of his ex, "I see changes that have happened. She's definitely not the girl that I fell in love with. I still covet that girl that I fell in love with, and I wish she was there."

Gypsy and Ryan tied the knot while she was incarcerated in July 2022 for her role in the murder of her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard. They moved in together as husband and wife following her December 2023 release. By March 2024, she had announced their separation.

But tattoos are just one part of Gypsy's physical transformation. Since being released from prison, she also underwent cosmetic surgery and changed her hair by doing a big chop and adding highlights.

"I'm going through a personal transformation journey currently and that includes a physical one too," Gypsy told ET in April.

But the biggest change for Gypsy has been her surprise pregnancy, which she revealed on July 9.

Gypsy and Ken previously dated and got engaged before ending their relationship in 2019. However, the pair reconnected earlier this year, shortly after she filed for divorce from Ryan.

Last month, Gypsy confirmed that she's the happiest she's ever been since being released from prison and rekindling her relationship with Ken -- who recently relocated to Louisiana to be closer to her.

"I filed for divorce and I followed my heart to true love," she said, referencing her current relationship with her former fiancé. "I felt like I made that choice as a free woman. I made that choice as an independent woman, and I think everyone should follow their heart."

In May, Gypsy spoke to ET about the divine timing that brought her and Ken back together.

"When my marriage was over and I walked away, that's when Ken and I were developing a reconnection and starting to find that back in 2019, back in 2017, it wasn't the right time for us," she told ET of where she and her new beau are now. "Now that I'm free, we're able to reconnect and see if that right time is now."
