Pink canceled her concert in Bern, Switzerland, sharing, 'I’ve been advised that I’m unable to continue.'

Pink abruptly canceled a concert in her Pink Summer Carnival 2024 tour.

The singer took to Instagram on Tuesday to share that she was medically advised to cancel Wednesday's show in Bern, Switzerland. Pink, 44, regretfully announced the news in a lengthy caption, posted alongside a black-and-white photo of herself performing.

"I am so sorry that I have had to cancel my show in Bern this Wednesday," she wrote. "I do everything I can to ensure I can perform for you every night, but after consultation with my doctor and exploring all options available, I've been advised that I'm unable to continue with the show tomorrow."

She continued, "I was looking forward to being with you and making memories with you and sharing our show with you and am so disappointed that we have to cancel."

Fans were not advised on whether or not a new date in Bern would be added to the tour. But the "Just Give Me a Reason" singer did note that all tickets would be refunded.

"Sending love and health to you all, and I really hope to see you again soon. P!nk xoxo," she concluded.

The Summer Carnival 2024 tour is scheduled to stop next in Copenhagen, Denmark, on Saturday. There have been no updates on whether that show will continue as scheduled. The tour will continue throughout Europe until the end of July before Pink returns to North America in mid-August.

The sudden cancellation comes just days after Pink shared an emotional video revealing that her daughter, Willow, would be leaving the tour to pursue theater professionally. In addition to Willow, Pink and husband Carey Hart, 48, are also parents to son Jameson, 7.

In October, Pink was forced to postpone two concerts in Tacoma due to family medical issues.

"Family medical issues require our immediate attention," she wrote in a statement on Instagram at the time, not specifying who in her family was dealing with the health problems. "I send everyone my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this has caused. I am sending nothing but love and health to all."

Later that same month, she had to cancel more shows due to her health. Pink revealed via Instagram that she would be postponing two shows in Vancouver, Canada, due to a respiratory infection.

"I am deeply sorry that I have a respiratory infection and my doctor has advised that I am unable to perform at the Vancouver shows on Friday and Saturday," she said in a statement at the time. "Live Nation is working on new dates to reschedule the shows. I am very much looking forward to performing in Vancouver and putting on an incredible show for everyone. In the meantime, I wish everyone good health and am sending lots of love."
