The singer is set to kick off her Vegas residency in August.
Paula Abdul shut it down at the 2019 Billboard Music Awards!
Celebrating 30 years since her debut album, Forever Your Girl, hit No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart, the 56-year-old entertainer performed a medley of the album's biggest hits during the awards ceremony held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Wednesday night.
Wearing a black leotard with a fringe skirt and top hat, Abdul kicked off her performance with "Straight Up." She then transitioned to "The Way That You Love Me," "Opposites Attract," "Cold Hearted" and "Forever Your Girl."
The crowd was in awe as Abdul pulled out all her best moves, being thrown in the air by her slew of dancers, shimmying and shaking it, and giving it her all.
The performance also went viral thanks to Abdul flinging her hat at Julianne Hough at one point, hitting the dancer in the neck -- and Hough's reaction was priceless.
Hough later joked about the moment on Twitter, and Abdul responded.
Prior to hitting the stage, the brunette beauty dazzled in a white beaded fringe minidress by Hamel.
Earlier in the day, Abdul announced she will headline her own Las Vegas residency, Forever Your Girl, at Flamingo Las Vegas.
"I am excited to finally share that my new Las Vegas Residency, 'Forever Your Girl' will begin at @flamingovegas this August!! ??," she wrote on Instagram alongside the official poster. "I can't wait to share my music with you at the heart of the Vegas Strip. Tickets on sale this Saturday."
Just last year, Abdul revealed to ET her on-the-road must-haves. Watch below to hear what she shared.
