Mandy Moore is empowering women -– and you can be one of them!
The This Is Us actress has been announced as the keynote speaker at the Create & Cultivate conference in Seattle, Washington, on Sept. 9.
“I’ve always leaned on my friends and the women around me to steer me in the right direction," Moore told ET. "We need to empower other women. And we need other women to empower us.”

The 33-year-old actress, who just began filming season two of her Emmy-nominated NBC drama, will join fellow female entrepreneurs, business leaders and influencers to inspire and empower women from around the country.
“Being able to be a part of Create & Cultivate, which has built such an impressive and inspiring community, brings this full circle," Moore added. "I couldn’t be happier to join them in Seattle.”
