Gwyneth Paltrow doesn't share much about her longtime relationship with Brad Falchuk, but Wednesday night was a special occasion.
In celebration of the TV producer's 46th birthday, Paltrow posted a selfie to Instagram along with a sweet and simple message. "Happy birthday, handsome," she wrote.

While the 44-year-old actress rarely talks about her boyfriend, she did explain in InStyle's January issue how Falchuk felt about her amicably co-parenting with ex-husband Chris Martin. "He has his own version of it, his own family where it's not a couple but it's a family," she said, referring to Falchuk's two children with ex-wife Suzanne Falchuk.
This past year, Paltrow sat down with ET's Carly Steel and shared her secret to maintaining a friendly relationship with Martin. "You have to constantly let go," she revealed. "You have to let go of old ideas, old resentments. You have to put the kids first, which I think people have the idea of that, but then oftentimes, you struggle with it."
