Looks like the Oscars next month will bring about the reconciliation of our dreams.
Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield are nominated for Best Actress and Best Actor awards for their roles in La La Land and Hacksaw Ridge respectively, and it's clear there's still plenty of love between the exes. The two first started dating while filming The Amazing Spider-Man in 2011 -- and their chemistry onscreen is pretty apparent -- but split in 2015.
Since then, the two have made it known that they still have lots of mutual adoration and respect for one another -- so much so, that we can't help but root for a romantic rekindling. Stone and Garfield were spotted post-breakup going for a stroll together in the U.K. in August, both wearing big smiles.

In October, Stone admitted she still had feelings for 33-year-old Garfield. The actress referred to her ex as "someone I still love very much" in an interview with Vogue.
And the feeling is mutual. The British actor sat down with The Hollywood Reporter for its December actor roundtable, and didn't hold back when he was asked who he'd want to be stranded on a desert island with. "Emma Stone," he said bluntly. "I love Emma. She's all right. She can come."
One month later, Garfield sweetly gave his ex a standing ovation at the Golden Globes as she accepted the Best Actress in a Comedy or Musical award.
The Silence actor admitted that there's still "so much love" between him and 28-year-old Stone in an interview earlier this month.
"We care about each other so much, and that’s a given, that’s kind of this unconditional thing," Garfield told Vanity Fair about their relationship. "There's so much love between us and so much respect. I'm her biggest fan as an artist."
"So for me, it's been bliss to be able to watch her success and watch her bloom into the actress that she is," he continued. "And it’s also been wonderful to have that kind of support for each other. It’s nothing but a beautiful thing."
... Seriously, can these two just get back together already?!

ET spoke with Stone backstage at the Golden Globes earlier this month, when she gave an adorable reaction to Garfield kissing Ryan Reynolds, after Reynolds lost the Best Actor in a Comedy or Musical award to her La La Land co-star, Ryan Gosling.
"What?" Stone asked as ET's Kevin Frazier pulled out his phone to show her the epic lip-lock. "They did not kiss each other! They did?! That's hilarious."
