The 'Life of Pablo' rapper returned to Twitter to address his meeting with the president-elect.
Kanye West is back on Twitter.
The Life of Pablo rapper broke his social media silence to address his Tuesday meeting with President-elect Donald Trump.
"I wanted to meet with Trump today to discuss multicultural issues," the 39-year-old musician tweeted. "These issues included bullying, supporting teachers, modernizing curriculums, and violence in Chicago."
"I feel it is important to have a direct line of communication with our future President if we truly want change," West added.
After the explanation, West seemingly hinted that the two may have made headway in their discussion, with an apparent reference to his previously announced 2020 presidential run, tweeting simply, "#2024."
A source tells ET that the incoming president also met Tuesday with Vogue's Anna Wintour, who has criticized him in the past and was an outspoken Hillary Clinton supporter during the campaign.
One has to wonder if Trump has finally found someone willing to perform during his presidential inauguration.
