She's also real-life friends with Elizabeth Olsen!
She may have a famous actress sister, but Dakota Fanning wants to make it clear that she is not, in fact, an Olsen twin. The American Pastoral star, 22, appeared on The Late Late Show where she opened up to host James Corden about her connection to the famous fashion designers.

“I love Full House, of course!” Fanning said, acknowledging fellow Late Late Show guest John Stamos. “I watched all their movies that they made. We all went to the same high school at different times, and I’m friends with their younger sister.”
But that’s not the only way the former child star is linked to the Olsens.
“It’s funny, they come into my life a lot because there’s a man that lives – well, I don’t know where he lives – but he stands on my corner in New York where my apartment is, and he always would say to me, ‘Hey Olsen! Hey Olsen!’” she said.
“Is it Bob Saget?” Stamos quipped, referencing his Full House co-star and longtime pal.
After confirming that the beloved TV dad was not her heckler, Fanning added, “He would say, ‘Hey Olsen! Hey Olsen!’ and I would just keep going because then I’m the crazy person that’s like, ‘I’m not an Olsen!’ I didn’t want to engage.”
