Wait... so Cruel Intentions was supposed to be called Cruel Inventions? Who knew!
Reese Witherspoon, who can be seen in the pic with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe, reunited with Gellar in Los Angeles last year attending a Cruel Intentions parody musical, before rumors started to swirl that a new Cruel Intentions project may be underway.
In any case, the TV sequel adaption is set to pick up 15 years after the film, with the original writer/director Roger Kumble and executive producer Neal Moritz returning.
