In court documents filed June 16, the two officially became single again. According to the papers, J. Lo, 44, will have primary custody of the couple's six-year-old twins Emme and Max, while Marc, 45, will get them seven days a month with a nanny present.

Interestingly, the exes have agreed to use their "best efforts" to shield the children from "aggressive news organizations and photographers."
As far as holidays go, Emme and Max could get an extra dose of candy for Halloween, as both parents are permitted to take the twins trick-or-treating separately.
Neither ex will get spousal or child support, according to the papers.
