La Toya Jackson is officially engaged.
La Toya Jackson is engaged to her longtime business partner Jeffre Phillips, she announced on Good Morning America Wednesday.
Showing off her whopping 17.5 carat diamond ring, she also spilled engagement details to People.

Phillips, 46, popped the question while they were on vacation in Hawaii in August. According to Jackson, 58, he laid out a path of white rose petals and gardenias out to their hotel balcony, where he arranged a dinner of her favorite foods, including chicken soup. The diamond ring was actually hidden under her dessert tray.
Though despite him pulling out all the romantic stops, Jackson admits, "It wasn't a fast yes."
"I was in total shock," she says. "We're best friends and we've been business partners forever. It was always professional – no one really crossed those boundaries."

Jackson, who appeared on Good Morning America to promote the second season of Life with La Toya, which airs this Saturday, June 7, on OWN, says that no wedding date has been set.
