More than a year and a half after Wynonna Judd's husband, drummer Michael "Cactus" Moser, suffered a motorcycle accident that nearly ended his life, the couple revisited the tragic event in a sitdown with ET.
Judd had only been married to Moser for two months when they were riding on separate bikes before a concert in Deadwood, South Dakota in August 2012 and his bike collided with an oncoming vehicle.
"He's just laying there and I hear nothing," Judd told ET's Nancy O'Dell, describing the moment after the crash. According to Judd it wasn't long before she heard "the most beautiful sound on earth" -- Moser gasping for air and thus signaling that he was alive.
While Moser escaped with his life, his left leg had to be amputated soon after the crash.
Despite the loss of a limb, Moser hit the road just 15 months later.
"It's the most exciting gift every single day," Moser raved. "I cannot wait for every gig."
"He's such an overachiever," Judd added. "I think he's such a message of hope to all the people who have lost limbs."
