Camille Grammer's Ex Denies Assault Claims
Camille Grammer's ex-boyfriend Dimitri Charalambopoulos has filed a response to her domestic violence restraining order, in which he claims he never abused her.
Grammer, the ex-wife of actor Kelsey Grammer, alleged in court documents filed in October that Charalambopoulos physically abused her days after she had surgery to remove cancer.

In a response filed Friday, Dec. 27, which ET has obtained, Charalambopoulos maintains that he "did not physically assault Camille Grammer in any way."
Offering his account of the night in question on which Grammer alleges to have been abused, Charalambopoulos says that it was Grammer, not him, who became violent.
He claims that Grammer awoke him early in the morning screaming that he was a liar and a cheater under the impression that he was texting another woman in the middle of the night.
Charalambopoulos says that she eventually "snapped [his] phone in half," and when he came out of bed to see what was going on, she then began to hit him.

He admits that he told her, "I know knew why Kelsey left her, because she was a 'fame whore' that only cared about attention and money," in the midst of the altercation.
