Malin Akerman's Husband Files Divorce Papers
Malin Akerman's husband Roberto Zincone has officially filed for divorce, ET has confirmed.
According to court documents filed on November 27 obtained by ET, Zincone, an Italian musician, has filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.

Various media sources reported last week that the two had decided to end their seven-year marriage only seven months after having their first child together, a boy named Sebastian.
Zincone is seeking joint legal custody of their child but physical custody with the Trophy Wife actress. He is also asking for spousal support.
