Galifianakis Spanks Bieber on 'Two Ferns'

Justin Bieber is the latest A-list guest to appear on Zach Galifianakis' Between Two Ferns, and the results are every bit as spectacular as one would expect.

Aside from a barrage of insults, Galifianakis lays into Bieber's youthfulness -- "I just never interviewed a seven-year-old before" -- and also hilariously brings up a few of his headline-making antics in the past few months.

"You're too young to be smoking pot, and pee-peeing in buckets and driving up and down the highway fast!," he tells a stoic Bieber.

... But it's the "whipping" he gives the pop star that you just have to see to believe.
