Wesley Snipes Out of Prison

Wesley Snipes is out of prison and will now complete the rest of his sentence for failing to file federal income tax returns under house arrest, ET can confirm.

Snipes, 50, was convicted in 2008 for failing to file tax returns, and began serving his three-year sentence at the McKean Federal Correctional Institution in Pennsylvania on December 9, 2010.
