Photographer Alleges Alec Baldwin Punched Him
A photographer for the New York Daily News has accused Alec Baldwin of punching him Tuesday morning outside the marriage licensing bureau.
Marcus Santos tells the Daily News he was snapping images of the 30 Rock star and his fiancée Hilaria Thomas on a street in Manhattan when he alleges that Baldwin grabbed another news photographer, then starting shoving Santos and hit him in the chin. "I knew he was going to attack me. I stepped back, and he kept coming," Santos was quoted as saying.

Baldwin's rep Matthew Hiltzik denied any punches were thrown during the incident in a statement to ET. "As Alec and his fiancée were leaving City Hall, a 'civilian' walking in front of Alec positioned himself to obstruct the view of a photographer aggressively trying to shoot the couple. The photographer was clearly frustrated, pushed past the bystander and assaulted Alec with his camera. There were no punches thrown, and any subsequent physical contact was simply Alec protecting himself."

The actor also took to his Twitter account to comment on the altercation. "A 'photographer' almost hit me in the face with his camera this morning," he tweeted, ending with the hashtag "allpaparazzishouldbewaterboarded."

In another tweet, Baldwin appears to reference the Trayvon Martin case while lashing out at "paparazzi" that have been consistently trailing him and his fiancée for weeks. "I suppose if the offending paparazzi was wearing a hoodie and I shot him, it would all blow over..."
