The Miami Beach Police Department is investigating an allegation that Chris Brown snatched a woman's cell phone outside of a club over the weekend, according to a police report obtained by ET.
In the papers, Christal Spann alleges that Brown snatched her cell phone from her when she attempted to take a picture of him while he was sitting inside his vehicle early Sunday morning.

Christal claims that Brown grabbed her phone through his car window and said, "B***h you ain't going to put that on no website."
A representative for the Miami Beach Police Department tells ET that although they are looking into the allegation, "The Department has not charged nor accused Mr. Brown with any crime."
This comes just weeks after Brown's favorable probation report which offered the opinion that the singer "appears eligible to be released from further supervision," stating that he's made "great strides as it pertains to his probation supervision."
Brown was given five years of probation following his 2009 assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009.
