Denise Richards Adopts Baby Girl Named Eloise

Denise Richards is now a mom of three daughters!

A rep for the actress tells ET that Denise recently adopted a baby girl domestically. The baby is named Eloise Joni, after her late mother, Joni, who passed away due to cancer in 2007.

"Denise and Eloise's big sisters couldn't be happier and feel incredibly blessed," the rep tells ET.

Little Eloise joins big sisters Sam, 7, and Lola, 6, Richards' daughters with Charlie Sheen.

On Wednesday, Denise tweeted her appreciation to those who have congratulated her on the adoption, writing, "Thank you all for your sweet messages. The girls and I are over the moon and so is my dad Grandpa Irv ... xo."
