LeAnn Rimes Posts 'Scary Skinny' Bikini Pic

LeAnn Rimes has prompted a new controversy about her weight after tweeting a new bikini photo showing her looking ultra thin.

The Grammy Award-winning singer -- who recently returned from her honeymoon in Mexico with husband Eddie Cibrian -- was complimenting her swimwear designer in the tweet while modeling a skimpy blue and white bikini. "Thx to @MIKOH_SWIMWEAR for another great bikini! Loving wearing them!!" she tweeted.

The photo triggered a string a Twitter comments responding to the bikini shot, including this one from a follower: "Whoa, you’re scary skinny! Sorry don’t mean to offend but that's a lot of bones showing through skin." 

The singer responded via Twitter by defending herself and insisting that she's healthy: "those are called abs not bones love…. this is my body and I can promise you I'm a healthy girl. I'm just lean."
