Kelsey Grammer Seeks Sole Custody of Children with Ex Camille

Kelsey Grammer has filed legal papers to get sole custody of his two children with his ex-wife Camille. 

In the documents filed Tuesday in L.A. County Superior Court, Grammer seeks joint legal but sole physical custody. Kelsey and Camille have two children together, daughter Mason, 9, and son Jude, 6.

A source close to Camille tells ET, "I can tell you that Camille is a wonderful mother who will fight to keep her children exactly where they are -- at home with her. It's shocking that Kelsey would abandon his family and then ask for custody."

In the summer of
2010, months before his February 2011 divorce from Camille, Kelsey announced that Kayte Walsh was pregnant with his child, but she later miscarried. Shortly after divorcing Camille, Kelsey married Kayte -- his fourth wife -- during a private ceremony in New York City.
