Inside Britney Spears' Las Vegas Engagement Party

Britney Spears and fiance Jason Trawick celebrated their engagement at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas on Friday night, and we have video of the couple showing off Britney's stunning ring.

Celebrity jeweler Neil Lane worked personally with Jason to design Britney's "dream ring." Going with a princess theme, the ring features a round white diamond that sits in a handmade platinum setting with 90 small diamonds around the eternity band.

Britney and Jason, her former agent, have been an item since 2009, and he reportedly popped the question on Thursday, his 40th birthday, during a romantic private dinner.

During the romantic getaway, the couple also celebrated at Sugar Factory American Brasserie and Chateau Nightclub & Gardens at Paris Las Vegas.
