Goldie and her longtime love were honored with stars just as they've lived their lives -- together.
Goldie Hawn doesn't need to apologize for getting a little choked up in the moment.
The iconic actress was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Thursday, along with longtime love Kurt Russell, where she was brought to tears by the moving praise Russell, as well as Hawn's daughter, Kate Hudson, had to offer.
"It's so great to be here celebrating my parents on what is such a momentous occasion," Hudson shared, before joking about how Hawn and Russell have famously never wed. "I always thought I'd be talking about them at, like, a wedding or something."
That line made Russell burst out laughing.
"Somehow [despite their illustrious careers], they've managed to maintain a sense of normalcy and closeness with every one of their children," Hudson endeared. "Something my mom would say was the only job she refused to fail at."
The sweet speech came before Russell stepped up to speak, where his adoring words made Hawn get visibly choked up, and even prompted her to give the 66-year-old actor a loving PDA kiss.
"To you, I owe my wonderful life," Russell said, addressing Hawn. "Simply put, Goldie, I cherish you. And all the stars in the sky or on the boulevard can't hold a candle to that.

"If I am to be honored with this [Walk of Fame star] that is to be sunk forever into the cement of a street," he continued, "there's no one else I'd rather be next to for all of that than Goldie Hawn."
Aww!!
Reese Witherspoon also had kind words for the inspiring actress, crediting her with transforming the roles women could have in Hollywood.
"Goldie never stopped carving a new path for how women are perceived on film," Witherspoon gushed. "Her characters had such a huge, profound impact on my career."
